Who is responsible for the information?

What information is collected?

Information you submit in the confidential brief form: entity type, transaction type, asset type, size or budget, location, timeline, name, organization, email, phone and any additional details you choose to write.

Technical information recorded automatically by the hosting servers: IP address, browser type, pages viewed and access times. This is retained for a limited period for security and operations.

Are you required to provide information?

No. Providing information is voluntary and not required by law. Without contact details we cannot get back to you. The form marks the fields without which it cannot be sent.

What is the information used for?

To handle your enquiry: understanding the requirement, getting back to you and coordinating next steps. We will not use it for marketing without your explicit consent, and we will not sell it.

Who is the information shared with?

To run the website and receive your enquiry we rely on providers that process information on our behalf:

• Vercel: website hosting, server infrastructure and aggregate, cookie-free traffic measurement.
• Cloudflare Turnstile: verifying that the form was submitted by a person and not by software.
• Resend: delivering the form content to us by email.

These providers also operate outside Israel, under contractual data-protection commitments. Beyond that, the information is not shared with third parties unless you approve it or the law requires it.

How long is the information kept?

Form details are not stored in a database on the site. The email we receive is kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and manage our engagement with you, and in line with record-keeping obligations that apply to us.

Cookies and measurement

The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you personally: it collects aggregate data such as page, country and browser type.

Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects the form from automated software, may use technical cookies required for verification only.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Form content is transmitted to us over encrypted channels and is not written to server logs. We take reasonable measures to protect information, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your rights

Under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information held about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Contact us by email and we will handle the request promptly. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may also contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Minors

The website and the service are intended for companies and business entities. We do not knowingly collect information about minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this document from time to time. The binding version is the one published on the site, and the date at the top of the page shows the latest update.
